Service

Service is a way to deliver value to customers by facilitating outcomes customers want to achieve without the ownership costs and the risks specific. facilitate service results by enhancing the performance of duties related, and reduce the effects of constraints. the result is increased likelihood that the desired results.
Organization for years to debate the definition of 'service'. illustrated in Figure below is the example of the realization that really care about providing value to customers.
